BRAND WARRANTY
All Enflair products include a minimum 12 months warranty, and may have up to a maximum of 25 years warranty.
Warranty is included for products which have not been altered or otherwise modified. Modification and alteration of products will result in warranty being voided.
Warranty applies to defects, faulty materials or faulty workmanship in the products. Warranty does not apply to defects that are caused by accidental damage, mistreatment, misuse, abnormal stresses or pressures, adverse or strong conditions of the environment the products are installed in, including details such as forceful impact, pressure, temperature and elements the product is exposed to (such as harsh, abrasive or otherwise damaging cleaning products).
Alterations and repairs are not covered, except when performed by an accredited and licenced technician or service agent.
Warranty begins from the date of purchase, and in addition to the warranty provided for Enflair products, certain legislation may give you rights which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. All conditions set out in the details for warranty on Enflair products does not have the effect of excluding or modifying those rights.
Warranty is void for products that have not been correctly installed, or otherwise not installed in a way that complies with Australian Standards and State Regulations.
Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
CLAIMS
In order to make a claim, the following documentation must be emailed or posted:
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- Contact details, including name, telephone and email
- Address of where the product is being used
- Photos and/or videos that support the claim and demonstrate evidence of the defective product
Installed products: Must not be uninstalled where reasonably possible, before such evidence as set above can be provided can be processed for the claim
Products that have not been installed: Must not be installed in order to process the warranty claim.
Important: It is the responsibility of the purchaser and the installer to ensure: all products are not damaged prior to installation, all components of the product that are required are available, and that they are happy with the product.
WARRANTY PERIODS
All warranty periods set out below are for products that are used indoors, in a residential property. For other use cases, such as commercial use types, the warranty does not apply, as commercial warranty is 12 months.
